Exchange Online Archiving offers users advanced archiving capabilities with the archive mailbox feature. The following sections describe the archive features of Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving. Select the location where you want to back up your files, and then choose Use Disk. In the Time Machine dialog box, switch Time Machine to On, then choose Select Backup Disk. On the Apple menu, choose System Preferences Time Machine.
